Meet John Carter
I love the Real Estate profession because it allows me to build lifelong relationships. I've never really considered myself a stereotypical real estate agent. Perhaps that’s why so many of the people I have worked with become close personal friends. All of my success, I owe to them.
My real Estate career began in 2004 and, my hope is that I will continue to assist the people of the greater Lakeland area for many years to come. In April of 2010, I made one of the best decisions I have made in the past decade by joining Gate Arty and the Group at Keller Williams Realty. The dedication, energy and innovative thinking of all of the members of the Group has already had a positive impact on my future.
What do I do when I’m not working or with my family? Well, just one word sums it up “Outdoors”. Fishing, soccer, hunting and just about any spectator sport you can name holds my interests. In 2007 and 2008 I was proud to be a member of the coaching staff at Kathleen High School’s soccer program and I have spent time coaching at Lakeland FC and Highland City baseball.

When I am not helping my customers with real estate, you will most likely find me with my wife and son. I beecame a father in 2005 & it has made my life a daily adventure. My son teaches me more and more about life everyday.
Before entering the world of real estate I tried a couple of other professions including law enforcement, call-center management and free-lance writing. I learned many things in each of my previous professions, but none of them can compare to the satisfaction I get when helping a family find the home of their dreams.
