Meet Jeni Lamberto
I grew up in the quaint seaport town of Newport, Rhode Island, & went to high school in rural Maine, where I enjoyed many “extreme” camping trips. In my free time, I enjoy baking my “famous” chocolate chip cookies , singing loudly in the car, walking Lakeland’s beautiful lakes, and going to the gym. I have an intense passion for traveling. I am particularly fond of the Western United States where I can take advantage of the great climate, & I love hiking and skiing in some of our country’s most beautiful spots.

With an eye fixated on the future, I am keenly aware of shifting market trends; I like preparing for market cycles well before they arrive. By doing so, I have been able to successfully change with the market & stay strategically positioned. I began in the Executive Recruiting Industry, where I successfully placed executive sales representatives in the pharmaceutical and technology industries. It was here, that I acquired the skill-set needed in contract negotiation.
In 2001, I began my real estate career in Lakeland. With early successes, I soon began speaking at real estate seminars nationwide. Selling pre-negotiated new construction packages to investors, I quickly learned to ‘spec’ out an entire new construction development built from dirt stage to completion!
As the market changed, I changed with it, joining a top notch short sale coaching program well before most were aware that we were headed for a serious market downturn. Since completing my coaching, I have become one of the top short sale negotiators in Florida, helping numerous homeowners avoid foreclosure in the process. Since 2007, we have successfully negotiated and closed hundreds of short sale properties in the Greater Lakeland area. Quite simply, I am one of the leading short sale experts in the region.
